Rodolfo Dieck

Rodolfo Dieck joined Blackhorn Ventures as an Operating Partner in 2026, bringing extensive experience across venture capital, corporate finance, and strategic advisory within the mobility and industrial sectors.

As Managing Partner at Proeza Ventures, Rodolfo led the firm’s strategic direction and investment activity, portfolio management, and investor relations. He has played a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments, while supporting portfolio companies at the board level. Over the course of his career, Rodolfo has advised on more than $6.5 billion in transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises, and has invested in over 40 early-stage companies representing more than $80 million in committed capital.

Previously, Rodolfo served as Chief Investment Officer at PSM, an impact investing fund based in Mexico City. He has also held roles as M&A Director at Fimecap, Vice President in BBVA Bancomer’s Americas Corporate Finance Group, and Senior Associate in Credit Suisse’s M&A Technology Group.

Rodolfo holds a B.A. in Economics from Monterrey Tec and an M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Rodolfo is also a CFA charterholder.
