Enrique Zambrano

Enrique Zambrano joined Blackhorn Ventures as an Operating Partner in 2026, bringing a multidisciplinary background across entrepreneurship, venture building, and operations within the mobility and industrial sectors.

As a managing partner at Proeza Ventures, Enrique worked to identify, evaluate, and support high-growth companies transforming the mobility landscape. He played an active role in sourcing new investments and advising portfolio companies, drawing on his broad experience across marketing, logistics, business development, and consulting. 

Enrique has a track record as a successful entrepreneur, having founded and scaled multiple businesses, including HINUX, a HINO truck dealership, and Bebitos, an e-commerce platform for baby products. Enrique led MLAB, a company builder sponsored by Metalsa, where he incubated and launched startups focused on mobility and manufacturing innovation.

He holds a BS and MBA degree from Stanford University.
